Business Analyst – Retail Software

Multidev Technologies is the developer of ChainDrive™, a leading, fully-integrated retail management system. We are currently seeking a dynamic, motivated Business Analyst for a permanent opportunity within the Professional Services Team.

Responsibilities

• Play an active role in new client implementations
• Handle multiple client requests
• Manage the testing and delivery of all new system functionality and enhancements
• Work directly with clients to maximize their usage of the system
• Train client personnel on system functionality
• Assist with sales initiatives

Required Skills

• In-depth knowledge of retail business processes.
• 2+ years experience with retail systems.
• Customer service experience
• Ability to work independently or within a team.
• Creative problem-solving skills.
• Strong work ethic
• Experience with accounting and financial systems an asset.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, primarily in English.
• Computer skills: MS Office
• University degree in Information Technology, Commerce and /or Accounting.
